Where is Hetty Johnston now? Or is the Politically Correct class permitted
to abuse children?
Around a year ago, the Governor-General, Dr Peter Hollingworth, was the
victim of the most decisive media assassination. At the head of the lynch
mob, and given every opportunity by the bloodlusting media, was that
unrelenting, unforgiving, uncompromising fanatic Hetty Johnston,
generalissimo of an organisation called Bravehearts
(http://www.paacsa.org.au/). If you connect to their website you will find
this staring at you.
BRAVEHEARTS INC
'For all those who
believe child sexual abuse must stop'
It may not occur to the casual reader, but the implication in this banner
is that if you are not a member of Bravehearts and do not support Hetty
Johnston's activities then you condone child sexual abuse. Indeed, her
actions show clearly that she believes this. She does not shrink from
doubling the injustice to others in order to achieve her portion of justice.
At the centre of the controversy raging around Dr Peter Hollingworth was
the illegal two year sexual relationship between a fourteen-year-old
girl (note the age carefully) and a twenty-seven-year-old Anglican priest.
Dr Peter Hollingworth, as the former Anglican Archbishop of Brisbane, had to
deal with the affair when the woman years later confronted the church
authorities with her experience. (Note also that the woman resumed the
sexual relationship twenty years later with the same Anglican priest.) The
Governor-General, no longer the Anglican Archbishop of Brisbane, was forced
into a public discussion of the woman's complaints during which he made a
couple of extremely media-clumsy statements about the affair. The most
damaging of these was the claim that the fourteen-year-old girl had
initiated the relationship. That was the noose he handed to his persecutors.
The suggestion that a fourteen-year-old girl could initiate a sexual
relationship and willingly remain in that relationship for two years (until
she was past sixteen) caused a media hysteria that was scarcely containable. Hetty
Johnston could not be prised off the television screens. A high point (or a
low point depending on your view) was the rising in Parliament of the ever
so morally sensitive Premier of Queensland, Peter Beattie. With hand over
his heart and tear in his eye, he said he would be broken-hearted if he
thought his fifteen-year-old daughter was caught up in such circumstances.
He said it was outrageous and deplorable that the Governor-General depicted
the fourteen-year-old girl as a 'sexual predator'.
The Governor-General did no such thing and to show that Beattie was aware
of the outrageous malicious lie he was serving to incite hatred and bigotry
in the community, he said immediately, 'my words, not his'.
Can it be true that Peter Beattie is unaware of the constant TV reports
about the sexual activity of girls from the age of thirteen onwards, of the
organisations that are caring for pregnant girls and mothers of the same
age? Hasn't he noticed the fashions worn by girls as young as eight that
emphasise female sexuality. Is he blind to the marketeering organisations
that exploit the sexuality of pubescent girls? I thought at the time he
should have gone and had a close talk with his daughter.
But, really, was he
serious? It was not possible, surely, that he could be so blind to social
attitudes and social circumstances which he as a leading politician, on
Hetty Johnston's argument, must at least be partly responsible for? Wasn't this just a disgraceful cynical exploitation of a political
opportunity during which he had the luxury to put the slow boot into an ideological opponent
– with the help of that drooling fanatic from Bravehearts.
Four months after the furore, when Hetty Johnston and her fellow
travellers were
busy with their campaign of stalking the Governor-General around Australia, she told the
ever-attentive media: 'This is about children and their right to be
protected against child sexual abuse.' It's all so clear cut for Ms
Johnston. There are no particular circumstances to be considered and weighed
up. There is no discretion to be applied, which is the normal process of
applying justice. If you don't agree with Hetty Johnston, you are just as
guilty as the perpetrator of child abuse. But if it is all so clear cut...
On Thursday, 6 March 2003, Murdoch's Australian plastered the
photo below across their front page. These are fourteen-year-old girls with
'make love not war' scrawled over their naked midriffs. Under the photo was
a gushing uncritical report by cub reporters praising the revolutionary
fervour of these girls and their like-minded companions around Australia.
Let's not be coy about this. Photos like this appear in magazines for the
entertainment of men with certain tastes. Girls a little older but dressed
in the same way are seen draped over the red bonnets of Ferraris and Maseratis in order to raise the sex appeal of the product. The invitation to
make love is just that: an invitation to these fourteen-year-old girls to
have sex and for others to have sex with them. The PC mind can strain to
make it seem otherwise, but it will fail. That is the clear message written
on a part of the female anatomy that projects female sexuality.
The mentality, thoughts and actions of these girls are the result of
irresponsible parents, irresponsible teachers, irresponsible schools, and an
irresponsible hypocritical media ever ready to exploit such occasions for
commercial purposes.

It should be no surprise that three weeks later the above photo
glorifying the actions of these fourteen-year-olds was incitement for
children of the same age and younger to riot all around Australia. The
Australian self-consciously tried to evade any responsibility for the
incitement by claiming 'most of the troublemakers at the rally were
Middle-Eastern males...[chanting] Allah is great'. When Murdoch's people
have to play the race card, they don't hesitate – that despite their
interminable preaching about racial discrimination. But the television
images and the photos that appear in their own newspaper (below) contradict
them.

This fourteen-year-old girl (above) shows she has been an attentive pupil
at the indoctrination sessions run by the adults under whose care she is. We
see her struggling with and abusing the officers who are appointed to
maintain public order. Among her lessons has been the instruction that if
she does not agree with authority, the way to deal with that is shout abuse
and commit violent acts.

The contorted hate-filled faces of these ten to twelve-year-old boys will
ensure that the population of feral males who think nothing of bashing and
abusing people will be further swollen. The adults under whose care they
are, should be pleased and impressed with their efforts. Notice the black
Socialist Alliance banner behind them.

The photo directly above is a of a fourteen or fifteen-year-old's behind. This
and the other three photos appeared prominently in Rupert Murdoch's
Australian (6 & 27 March 2003) – and probably in other Murdoch instruments around the world.
Where are all those loud finger-pointing Politically Correct crusaders against child abuse?
Where is Hetty Johnston now?
NOTE: These photos have been scanned from The Australian
newspaper. The quality is good enough to make the point but not to function
in the way desired by the originators.
