Islam's beings of pure satanic evil

From Chechnya down to Indonesia up through Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq - right across one of the world's major cultural belts, we are witnessing cruelty and brutality that goes beyond human words. There is no way of fittingly describing the evil of shooting children in the back and of hacking off an innocent man's head. These are people who are no longer human.

Let's get rid of the specious distinction between 'Islamic' and 'Islamist'. These beings of pure evil are products of the Islamic world. They are spawned by the same common cultural and political framework. They believe in the same fundamentals of that political and cultural framework and they quote the same justifications as their brothers less willing to apply deserved punishment to the corrupt Western world. The Islamic world is culpable and bears collective responsibility for the existence of these evil beings.

An indication of how lost and confused the ruling class in the West is in all this came this morning with Kofi Anan, Secretary General of the United Nations, talking yet again of 'the abuse of Iraqi prisoners' - as if piling naked bodies on top of each other is equivalent to the devil-inspired barbarity of blowing children apart. The United Nations seems determined to lose all its legitimacy.

For decades the same evil group of people has been blowing innocent people apart in Israel. Israel understands there is no talking with these agents of the devil. They are saying, 'Let there be guns!' What sensible person could blame them?
