4 June 2009Harvard University lays a foundation stone for the coming homocracyHarvard University obviously does not want to be outdone by the Dutch who are streaking ahead in establishing the world's first pure homocracy. With the appointment of a professorship in homocratic themes, 372-year-old Harvard University has suddenly made a dramatic move forward. The Dutch have implemented the practical measures, though, and I think that gives them the edge at this stage. Harvard University now have the opportunity to show how serious they are by setting up signs warning families and other dull-witted heterosexuals that enlightened folk are going for their lives behind the hedges and in the foliage of the university grounds. We in Australia must wait a while yet. I don't think Julia Gillard, Penny Wong, or Bob Brown judge the time right for such dramatic moves. They'll be watching Harvard University and the Dutch very closely. But who knows? The outstandingly progressive Parks and Wildlife may already be assigned to draw up pre-emptive plans for the cities' parks. The homofascist juggernaut continues to take all before it Harvard to endow chair in gay and lesbian studies Comment: gerard@gerardcharleswilson.com |
