The feral male and their sponsors Channel 7 have prevailed - Monsignor Baron has resigned

Drink driving Peter Meakin and his news crew at Channel 7 can congratulate themselves on a job well done. Monsignor Geoff Baron has resigned as Dean of St Patricks Cathedral. No doubt Meakin will shout a round at the local pub before he struggles to resist the inclination to get in his car and drive home.

The media have bestowed in their usual style the title of 'foul-mouth priest' on Monsignor Baron. So now it's never Monsignor Baron that's talked about in news reports. It's always 'that foul-mouth priest' or 'foul-mouth Fr Baron' or 'St Patricks' foul-mouth priest'.

I have already pointed out the gross hypocrisy and blind bigotry involved in yet another media frenzy. But it's worth pointing out again how Meakin and his billion dollar media company have not only ignored the criminal actions of those skateboarders but have gone so far as to take up their cause and fete them.

To bring into the studio and interview members of that feral group (who pushed, punched, and spat on Monsignor Baron and caused $30,000 damage) as if they were the wronged party is simply beyond belief. It proves that there is no shame with Peter Meakin who, I bet London to a brick, has one of the foulest mouths in the media.
