6 December 2011Same sex 'marriage' - The triumph of the barbariansDuring the vigorous debate about fixing 'Gay Marriage' as Australian Labor Party (ALP) policy, delegate Joe de Bruyn Secretary of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association (SDA) appealed to his rowdy audience: 'Are we going to say that something we regarded as fundamental all this time we should now turn on its head?' A scoffing Yes!!! echoed through the hall. For years many of us have been saying that the dominant political class in Australia was in the process of turning traditional notions of good and right on their head. What was formerly consider right and good was to be considered wrong and bad. The ALP, captive of the nation's unstoppable agents of decay since the 'Doc' Evatt days, has confirmed exactly what we claimed. We now have the trifecta of moral and cultural decay: abortion, the desecration of nature's prescriptive union, and euthanasia. Originally the word 'barbarian' was applied to the uncivilised, those who remained to be civilised and those whose cultural and social arrangements were in irreparable decay. There is a point when a culture decays to such an extent that a boundary has been passed leaving no way of going back. The barbarians have triumphed over Australia's culture. If people think I am exaggerating, I suggest they reflect on the changes in Australian society since the 1950s. If the rate of change/decay is maintained, then logically we are headed for a reckoning. Of course, the dominant political class thinks in its state of delusion that Australian society has been advancing towards the great 'Enlightenment'. That is precisely the malignant delusion with its resultant decay: the killing of 80 thousand unborn children a year, the breakdown of marriage, the abuse of children, rampant crime and violence on the cities' streets, the attack on the elderly and vulnerable, the move to kill useless citizens...this is the path of their Enlightenment. Postscript: This report appeared in The Australian 10 Dec 2011. No surprise. It won't be long before human and dog couples/threesomes want their right of marriage equality.
