The British Press - rats in a stinking moral sewer

A proven liar and mentally disturbed man went to the British press with a yet another concocted story about Prince Charles and the British Royal Family. Knowing that the British press is full of the moral and anti-democratic scum of the Western World, he was confident he could score big. He was not wrong. There were the usual tactics.

The creeps that form the British press gang ran the rumours around and around building the story into a rushing vortex of uncontrolled rumour and curiosity. Their newspaper sales and advertising revenue, the object of this bastardry, were going with it.

Prince Charles and the Royal Family were left in the usual no-win situation. If Prince Charles ignored the media incitement, there would be no end to the speculation about the looney's lies. No nasty and lurid implication would be left untouched. If the Royal Family said something, they would be accused of giving credence to the as yet untold story, and licence to the  media creeps to continue.

In the end, Prince Charles was forced to defend himself. He obviously thought he would suffer less damage this way. He knew that everyone was whispering about the claim he had had sex with one of his male staff. The response was as expected.

There were cries of dismay and clapping of hands against furrowed brows. 'How could Prince Charles be so stupid?!' said the bastards of the British press. 'How could he come out and defend himself against a story nobody knew the details about. That would just give life and credence to the story!'

I watch Dutch television via satellite and was not surprised to see the thick-head liberals of the Dutch media mindlessly repeating this line.

Who was surprised by what followed? The News of the World (a Murdoch newspaper) ran the headline: IS PRINCE CHARLES BISEXUAL? There was an avalanche of similar headlines and lurid stories and speculations about the Prince's sexuality.

The corrupt anti-democratic minds of the British press could congratulate themselves yet again. The balance sheets, the sales numbers and the demographics would make pleasant bedtime reading for the media barons. Rupert Murdoch, who started the attack on the Royal Family more than thirty years ago, could again look with satisfaction on the moral wasteland his newspapers and their influence have wrought across Western liberal democratic societies.

The Royal Family is possibly the only group of persons in the Western World who have been deprived, under the guise of free speech, of their democratic rights. They have no recourse in dealing with the stinking moral sewer that is the British press.
