The politically correct ruling class takes Australia's first political prisoners

In the early days of Pauline Hanson's ascendancy, when the media bosses, their media whores and the PC class were in a permanent state of hysteria over the Ipswich fish shop owner, a non-political person remarked to me that the ruling class in a combined onslaught would destroy Pauline Hanson. I agreed heartily. There was no way they would let an ignorant, impertinent, low class, uneducated woman from a hick labouring class town stand up to them. I thought, however, it would be a political assassination in the short term. Contrary to expectations, Hanson and One Nation had a surprisingly long run.

Unfortunately, if it was not enough that the media sponsored stream of unending distortions, lies, and political bigotry and thuggery were destroying her, Pauline Hanson added to her demise by some very silly decisions and behaviour. Alas, it's a simple fact that Pauline Hanson never had the ability, political acumen, and temperament to head up a political party that was going to be a real threat to the purveyors of Political Correctness. Her great quality was that she had the courage to stand up undaunted and express the frustrations of a great cross section of the oppressed Australian public. Things may have been different if she had realised this. In the event, it was not to be and the slow inevitable assassination via the media took place.

One cannot help being impressed with the tenacious ruthlessness of those of the ruling class who possess the real power to promote or destroy. It was quite clear that these people were not satisfied they had achieved the political destruction of Hanson. With an insatiable vindictiveness they went about trumping up charges of fraudulently registering a political party and falsely claiming 'almost a million dollars from the Electoral Commission'. It came as no surprise that Pauline Hanson was found guilty on both accounts. After all, the technical misdemeanour of incorrectly registering a political party (at worst, that's what it is) will lead automatically to the second charge. But it did come as a surprise that Chief Judge, Patsy Wolfe, of the District Court barged on and sentenced her to three years jail.

Really, what can one say...? That it is a sick joke, a farce, that these people can't be real...? These and many other such comments will be uttered by millions and they won't have the slightest effect on those people who are responsible. The oppression of ordinary people, the bigotry and the abuse of political power, the unconscionable media reporting....it will all go on.

This has been a good year for the politically correct ruling class. They have achieved the media assassination of the Governor-General, Dr Peter Hollingworth, and the imprisoning of an ordinary Australian who dared to stand up to them and express the concerns and frustrations of voiceless Australians.

Chief Judge, Patsy Wolfe, said in her summing up that Pauline Hanson's action had affected confidence in the political process. Give us a break...!! One has to wonder whether shameless audacity, stupidity or delusion provokes members of the ruling elite to make such comments. What she means, of course, is that members of the ruling class are very much put out by the impertinence of a Pauline Hanson.

The rest of us lost confidence in the political process long ago. And as long as effective power remains in the hands of the politically correct, there will be no confidence in people like Patsy Wolfe. Well, who doesn't know that such people gain their positions as a reward for their fidelity to the stipulated dogma?
